Apple cider vinegar rinse – The acidity can do wonders by smoothing frizzy hair. After shampooing, pour apple cider vinegar over your hair. After a minute, rinse with cool water for better results. You can also dilute apple cider vinegar with water to overcome the smell.
Beer wash – Washing hair with beer, especially dark beer, can retain moisture in your hair. While rinsing your hair after shampoo, pour the beer over your hair, let it sit for few minutes and then rinse thoroughly with cold water. Rinsing with cold water will help you get rid of the smell too.
Egg and olive oil massage – Whisk a raw egg and mix one tbsp olive oil. Egg yolk is rich in proteins and fats which acts as a natural moisturizer, egg whites have enzymes that kill the bacteria and remove not so important oils. On the other hand, olive oil helps retain moisture. Apply this mixture to your hair, use Hair Frizz Control Shampoo and rinse after half an hour.
Gram flour and coconut milk massage – Mix 2 tbsp gram flour with coconut milk and gently massage it on your scalp. After 10 minutes, rinse with cold water. You can also add milk cream to the mix to get that extra shine.
Hot coconut oil massage – Warm some coconut oil in a pot for about 2 to 3 minutes. Bring it to room temperature. If required, you can also add 2tbsp honey for a smooth silky hair. Gently massage the scalp with the oil, wrap it with a hot towel as it helps retain moisture and leave it for an hour. Shampoo your hair and rinse thoroughly. You can also use olive oil, castor oil, rosemary and almond oil.
Sparkling water rinse – After shampooing your hair, rinse with sparkling or carbonated water. Low pH level in it helps reduce frizz. Our hair is covered by a thin fluid layer comprising of oil, salt and water which is slightly acidic and helps retain moisture in the hair.
